Many of us have goals that we set to accomplish purposes and life-changing. Some can reach achievements consciously and some unconsciously. However, is not that most of the problems and conflicts people face due to a deficit of self-awareness? People struggle daily and conflict issues when communicating with each other. They always want to prove themselves right. Naturally, people do that because they want to improve and change. But being unaware of that and their true nature put them in complicated situations that they hardly know how to resolve or what path to take to overcome their problems. Sometimes these struggles are with themselves and with their careers. Their progression in life seems to be filled with lots of troubles or closed doors. No matter what they try, they come back to the same point. Not knowing what is stopping them from improvement and change is part of not being aware of themselves. Bringing awareness to the clients by looking at themselves as worthy of being and that the solutions that lie within themselves are of great importance. Having gain back their self-confidence and the trust that it is in their hands encourages them to change and do better. Moreover, making people aware that they can control their lives by setting the boundaries and be in charge of themselves gives them the sense of free beings. Once that self-confidence is gained back, looking into inner-self and investigating its different aspects will help identify the weaknesses and strengths. This way will bring attention to knowing more about what to focus on to change and improve. By identifying each of the weaknesses and strengths, writing them down, the person gets to know about himself and face it. Then more acceptance of the self and what life throws on him is recognized. That part can open a window into getting to know more of the self aspect and explore it better. Self-awareness expands more when one makes an inner reflection on his experiences. It provides insight into what works well and what prevents progress or change. Making a reflection on daily life contributes to making the change happen and getting more open to knowing the inner self. Nevertheless, people hold lots of feelings and thoughts that roam around, creating negative and positive attitudes. Most who need help tend to experience negative thinking and conflict feelings. That discourages them and makes them feel unworthy of their achievements. Exploring these feelings and thoughts will set them in the right direction to find ways to control them. Being aware of all of this, one can implement many methods to help set free negative emotions and hence clear thoughts related to them. That can lead to techniques like meditation, breathing, and going within to get more aware of inner-self and enhance life. Knowing more about self-awareness will help to find life purpose and setting goals that reflect each one. In this way, a person tends to experience more inner peace and focused direction to achieve success. And once such a thing happens, a great deal of passion is attracted towards knowing more of life. As clients learn to be self-aware, they have then set the path of success and inner peace. Many accomplishments and explorations can be reached, and a new limitless world is open for them. Being self-aware opens the eyes to different perspectives and brings depth into the meaning of life.
